New Features:
Basic Ligand Information
BRENDA now contains pages which display each individual ligand, its chemical structure, synonyms and the role with respect to the enzymes in a clearly organized format.
Output is now available in SBML format, and includes software tools to assist in building biochemical models from the SBML files.
AMENDA and FRENDA
Exisiting text mining algorithms have been improved to generate sinificantly fewer false positive organism, tissue, and enzyme hits than beforewhile increasing the number of PubMed references analyzed.
